Pricing - We keep things simple and agree to a percentage of the monthly rent for basic property management, which includes:
Property Advertising and photos
Tenant screening/interviewing
Handling all leasing activities with tenants
Tenant rent collection and distribution to owner
Management of contractor repairs and services required to keep the property in original condition
Bi-monthly property drive bys and 6 month interior walkthroughs
. If there are additional services required, we can discuss payment structure. Additional services may include:
Project Management (Remodels, renovations, etc...)
Servicing mortgage payments, utilities, taxes, and other reoccurring bills
