Bradford Management has over 20 years experience in the San Diego and Big Bear Lake rental markets. If this is your first time venturing into renting your home out to tenants, or you are looking for a company that will treat your home and finances like their own, we are your best choice. 

Exclusivity - We will never grow to a size where personal attention cannot be given to each and every property owner. Nothing is worse than feeling like just another "account." We are going to be very selective of which properties we take on.

Tenant Screening - A good or bad tenant can make or break a landlord's experience. We utilize our years of experience interviewing perspective tenants, and extensive background checks to narrow down the best options for your property. Our background checks include:

• Credit

• Criminal

• Nationwide Unlawful Detainer

• Sex offender registry

• Outstanding collections or other judgements

Landlord Repairs - Owner, Beau Bradford, not only grew up on job sites with his father who was a general contractor, but has personally renovated many homes while always coming in under budget. This puts Bradford Management in a unique position to understand not only what a fair cost is for service, but how to recognize and demand quality work. 

Pricing - We keep things simple and agree to a percentage of the monthly rent for basic property management, which includes:

• Property Advertising and photos

• Tenant screening/interviewing

• Handling all leasing activities with tenants

• Tenant rent collection and distribution to owner

• Management of contractor repairs and services required to keep the property in original condition

• Bi-monthly property drive bys and 6 month interior walkthroughs

. If there are additional services required, we can discuss payment structure. Additional services may include:

• Project Management (Remodels, renovations, etc...)

• Servicing mortgage payments, utilities, taxes, and other reoccurring bills
